Partial COD, Delivery & RTO Policy

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

To confirm limited-quantity drops, Lost Divvinity collects a partial payment on select Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This partial payment is used to reserve inventory and initiate shipping.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make multiple delivery attempts. Customers are responsible for being available at the provided delivery address and responding to courier communication (calls/SMS).

RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Non-response to courier delivery attempts

Refunds on RTO Orders

  • Partial payments are not refunded immediately.
  • Once the RTO parcel is successfully received back by Lost Divinity, forward and return logistics charges will be deducted from the partial payment.
  • Any remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Reshipment Policy

  • Reshipment after RTO is available only on prepaid basis.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be offered again for the same order.

Customer Agreement

By placing a Partial COD order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
