All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
Size Exchange Policy
We support one-time size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues
- Same product, same color, same design
- Subject to size availability
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Replacement shipping will be handled by Lost Divvinity.
If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange request will be declined. No refunds or store credits will be issued in such cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- An unboxing video is mandatory
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
PARTIAL COD – NON-REFUNDABLE CONFIRMATION AMOUNT
Lost Divvinity operates on limited-quantity drops. To confirm intent and block inventory, a non-refundable partial payment is collected on select Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Important:
- The partial amount is a confirmation amount, not an advance.
- If a customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the COD balance, or causes the order to be marked RTO (Return to Origin) for any reason, the partial amount is NOT refunded.
- This applies regardless of order value.
Example:
If an order value is ₹6,000 and ₹2,000 is paid as partial COD, refusal or non-acceptance of the remaining ₹4,000 COD will result in forfeiture of the ₹2,000 confirmation amount.
This policy exists because limited-drop inventory cannot be re-reserved once dispatched.
Reshipment after RTO is available only on prepaid basis.
Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be offered again for the same order.
By placing a Partial COD order, the customer agrees to these terms.
